95% of Fortune 500 CEOs were athletes. Sports teach us more about life than most people think. To create a culture of winning, we need to spend time on our Character. Teamwork, Work Ethic, Integrity, Confidence, Accountability, Discipline, Mental Toughness, Humility, Pride, Service, Selflessness are attributes that will last long after an athlete's playin career is done. A combination of Character and knowledge for the game will create a program that can compete on any level.
